About us:
Welcome to the official website for the Northwest Volkswagen Club (NWVWC). Our club was founded in 1968 by a group of dedicated Volkswagen lovers. Over the years, the interests of the club members has grown to include water-cooled vehicles and we invite the membership and participation of all VW enthusiasts. The NWVWC has promoted and hosted many events open to the general public, starting with our first Bug-In. Later we added a show in the late winter early spring and Wintermeet was established. This later evolved into Springmeet.
Charities We Support Past & Present:
Because we are a not for profit organization we are able to make donations to many different charities over the years.
Canned food donations, now in the thousands of pounds, and monies from raffle tickets and engine blows at our annual shows have gone to various originations.
